Ordering
- no public showroom appointments are available at this time.
- Prices are for a three day (single event) rental use, whether the renter uses the item or not.
- custom rental items ordered special for your event need to be shipped and must be paid 3 months in advance of the event date.
Payment
- You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price on non-custom ordered rentals. You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental price on custom ordered rentals. The non-refundable deposit is due and paid at the reservation of rental. If the non-refundable deposit is not paid at the time of reservation, the order will be canceled and rental items unreserved.
- Available items may be added to the order up until 7 days prior to pick up date.
- No changes can be made to orders that are reserved and confirmed within 7 days prior to pick up date.
- Full payment of the invoice is due prior to the delivery of service/rental.
- You agree to pay the full replacement value for missing, broken, or damaged items, as well as linens that are lost, torn, burned, or soiled beyond cleaning. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred for usage. A valid credit card is required as security for any potential damage or loss.
Client Responsibility upon Acceptance and return
- You will be available to count and check all items at the time of delivery, otherwise, all counts will be considered accurate.
- You will take note of how items are packaged/wrapped and delivered so that you can do the same to prepare them for pickup. Rental items are be stacked, bagged, or placed in their containers to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized and ready to use. You agree to return the rental items in the same location and manner as when they were picked up.
- You will be responsible for the equipment condition, security, and weather protection from the time of receipt until the time of return.
- Any problems with the equipment must be reported within 30 minutes of pickup or incident. This includes shortage or overage of items as well as any mechanical problems.
